At RPTuk we know that nutrition is a vital part of being fit and healthy. For you to get the most out of your training and achieve the best results possible it is important that you put the best food into your body. 



We do not put anyone on a diet that will starve you! Your Exclusive camp is personal to you and so whatever your specific training is and your attainable goals, we will design a food plan tailord to your needs.

Typical Menu

Breakfasts

  • scrambled eggs with chives on rye bread
  • greek yogurt with fresh fruit and honey

  • chicken with fresh bean salad
  • tuscan/watercress and orange soup

Dinner​​​

  • seared tuna steak with cannellini bean mash
  • scilian vegetable stew with griled sardines

  • fresh smoothies, fruit, oat cakes, mixed nuts, maybe some chocolate! only the good stuff!!

At ​RPT​uk we use GOOD OIL in our recipes. This is a hemp oil and has many heath benefits as well as being uniquely delicious!
